As a holistic women’s health practitioner, Krystah provides comprehensive care that considers a woman’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being from the first onset of her menstrual cycle well beyond menopause. She takes a personalized approach, considering the whole person rather than just focusing on the symptoms. Krystah offers alternative therapies (alongside your conventional ones), preventative care, and lifestyle changes that meet your current needs while giving you the space to take an active role in root-cause heath. Krystah values open communication, empowerment, and a supportive and trusting healing environment.
Krystah is more than her titles and offerings. Driven to help educate others to live a holistic life, you will often find her sipping tea, sharing holistic remedies, or looking at small farms and daydreaming about owning a few goats. Her confident demeanor allows her to remain human without bias by respecting the space and people she is invited to serve alongside.
A Keeper of the Spirit guides and grounds the energy in the room and all who are present. They understand the sacredness of the space and do all they can to act in its grace. They leave those present flowing with energy so that all they have to do is follow their journey.
